Driving directions from Albany (New York) International Airport: From the airport, get on Rte 87 heading north. Follow Rte 87N to Rte 7 heading east. Rte 7 becomes Rte 9E at the New York/Vermont border. Continue on Rte 9E to Bennington and turn left onto Rte 7 heading north. Take Exit 3, turn left onto Rte 313, then right onto Historic Rte 7A heading north and drive 12 miles to the Equinox.

The Equinox Resort will unveil a 13,000 square-foot full-service spa in January of 2003. Until the new spa is launched the pool will be unavailable for guest use. However, The Equinox will offer some spa treatments while the new Avanyu Spa is being constructed.
